About Us
Western Kangoulu was established in 2015 as a company limited by guarantee for benevolent and charitable purposes.
It exists to lift the indigenous people of the Western Kangoulu out of poverty.
Objectives
Western Kangoulu Ltd has as its dominant purpose, the direct relief of poverty, suffering, distress, misfortune or helplessness of the indigenous people of the Western Kangoulu region by:
• assisting impoverished indigenous individuals of the Western Kangoulu to acquire capital for a small enterprise so that they may earn a regular income and eliminate their dependence on the welfare system
• advising, assisting and mentoring indigenous individuals of the Western Kangoulu in the operation of their enterprises;
• providing individuals of the Western Kangoulu peoples access to employment, business, education, sporting, artistic and other opportunities;
• assisting indigenous individuals of the Western Kangoulu to achieve an holistic transformation in their lives by becoming self-supporting, thereby increasing their self worth and self respect;
• strengthening the wellbeing of indigenous families and communities of the Western Kangoulu through the promotion of sustainable self employment.
